In this entryway, style and functionality are perfectly balanced. A custom furniture piece offers discreet storage, complemented by a stunning feature wall that doubles as an artistic focal point and a hidden place to hang your jacket. An antique mirror and indirect soffit lighting complete the space, adding warmth and timeless charm.

The powder room exemplifies minimalist luxury with a marble vanity that appears carved from a single block of stone. A wall-mounted, tankless toilet saves space, while the integrated sink and sunken faucet enhance the sleek design. Hidden lighting in the soffit and a dropped ceiling create a warm glow, complementing the room’s refined atmosphere.

This living room impresses with it’s subtle elegance, highlighted by a stone fireplace featuring discreet puck lights tucked into the hearth. The same stone unites both the living and family room fireplaces, each tailored to complement the distinct atmosphere of its space. This thoughtful approach ensures a seamless flow throughout the home while giving each room its own unique personality.

Venetian plaster graces the home, elevating its design with an elegant texture that enhances the sense of warmth. The color palette centers on inviting taupe and soft white, with subtle pops of black adding contrast and depth.

The dining room is a stunning focal point, defined by a custom marble table and an extraordinary alabaster chandelier. Crafted from the same marble as the powder room vanity, the table was carefully designed to compliment the chandelier (with a UV treatment to maintain its luxurious appeal).

Taking centerstage—the stunning alabaster chandelier that is composed of four backlit loops, floats above the room, casting a warm, soft glow. At over eight feet in length, this monumental light fixture beautifully complements the room’s luxurious design. Built-in storage with wine fridges, display shelves, and walnut interiors are enhanced with hidden LED lighting that showcases the stone’s dynamic finish.

The breakfast banquette is both functional and beautifully integrated, with built-in shelves and pocket-back doors that create an open, airy atmosphere. Appliance garages store items like the coffee machine, keeping the countertops clean and organized. Design details, such as the mirror seaming, echo elements from the living room fireplace and primary bedroom headboard, creating a cohesive flow throughout.

The kitchen features dramatic Iceberg quartzite countertops, creating another striking focal point as it wraps up the backsplash and envelops the hood. The island was designed with symmetry in mind, while also maximizing functionality for the space. Details like the five-foot-long sink, two dishwashers, and two sinks were thoughtfully integrated to preserve the room's balance and design. Additionally, a hidden, integrated paper towel holder offers both convenience and a sleek, unobtrusive design element, keeping the space clean and organized.

The family room reimagines the striking stone from the living room fireplace in a more laid-back, contemporary style. Built-in shelving and clever storage solutions keep everything organized, from AV equipment to kids’ toys, while a darker plaster accent adds drama and contrast against the lighter tones. The custom furniture, including an oversized sectional and versatile coffee table, was designed for comfort and flexibility, making it easy to relax or entertain. The custom low shelving unit on the back wall provides a sleek storage solution, keeping the space clean and organized while blending beauty with everyday practicality.
