Earthbound pulse

A palette of earthy neutrals grooving with bold splashes of color, creating a captivating blend of serenity and vibrancy. With playful sculptural furniture, handpicked artwork, and elegant accessories to elevate the space, every detail was thoughtfully placed curated to enhance the home’s dynamic charm.

Stepping inside, you’re greeted by Isabelle van Zeijl’s bold artwork, setting an impactful tone for the entryway, complemented by a stylish round table with curated accessories. The family room, a cozy haven with a low-back sofa for clear sightlines, features Lindsey Nobel’s artwork that ties the color scheme together, while creamy white built-in shelves with matching wallpaper from the living room ceiling add a touch of refined elegance and depth.

The dining room is a showstopper, with every detail dialed up to dramatic perfection. Adorned with mural-like wallpaper and mushroom brown trim, the ceiling sets a stunning backdrop for the massive chandelier, which doubles as a piece of art and a dazzling light, casting a mesmerizing glow throughout the dining area. A custom-designed table with a “melting metal” inspired-base and a textured stone top commands attention, while Mooi Monster Chairs add a touch of fluid elegance with their ripple-like design. Completing the scene, a balloon-inspired mirror by Oskar Zięta adds a playful touch, reflecting and amplifying the room’s stunning features.

This living room strikes the perfect balance between timeless charm and modern flair, seamlessly blending the home’s traditional architecture with bold design choices. A cluster of Poliform coffee table made of green marble and leather adds a touch of sophistication, while the centerpiece chandelier—a mesmerizing purple melted glass art piece by Tom Dixon—casts a captivating glow that ties the room together.

The kitchen got a fresh glow-up with lighter hues, sleek new light fixtures, and a simplified range hood, all tied together by a gorgeous blue tile backsplash that brings the space to life.

On the second-floor, a playful Bocci chandelier shines alongside vibrant yellow artwork by Eric Gushee. The primary bathroom became a showstopper with airy new paint, new and modern light fixtures, and a boucle vanity stool adding the perfect artistic touch.

The primary bedroom received a jaw-dropping makeover, drawing inspiration from its sister home, Skyline Pulse, with it’s floor-to-ceiling headboard wall. This version, taking on a new twist by being made out marbled green porcelain and flanked with antique mirrors—adding a dash of old-world charm. Sculptural new furniture completes this modern-meets-timeless retreat.

This office is a vibrant escape designed to spark creativity. The floating desk, with its sleek leather top and carved wood base, is perfectly positioned to enjoy the window views, while an olive green chair adds a splash of color. Stylized shelving with hidden storage keeps everything in its place, complemented by a striking art piece from Melissa Herrington and a plush purple chaise lounge that beckons for relaxation and reading.
