We had the privilege of crafting the architectural details and design elements for this stunning residence, thoughtfully tailored to meet the needs of a family of seven. From expansive spaces to intimate retreats, every corner of this home radiates warmth, luxury, and functionality.

At the center of this home, the kitchen isn’t just a place to cook—it’s where the family comes together. Designed with an open-concept layout, it flows effortlessly into the surrounding spaces, making it as inviting as it is functional. Since the homeowners are passionate about cooking, we prioritized thoughtful details, like a waterfall edge at the end of the island closest to the range to make meal prep an easy clean up. The oversized island acts as both a workspace and a gathering spot, providing ample room for everything. To enhance its overall impact, we selected an Orca stone for its continuous pattern and installed it with a book-matched pattern, ensuring a flawless, uninterrupted look across this showstopping centerpiece.

With both organization and accessibility in mind, this pantry is a game-changer for a busy household. Positioned right off the garage, it allows for effortless unloading—cabinet doors open directly to the garage, so groceries can be placed straight into storage without ever stepping into the kitchen. Every detail was considered to keep this space functional, streamlined, and perfectly integrated into the home’s daily rhythm.

This adjacent breakfast area offers a central space for everyday family meals, separate from the formal dining room across the hall for a more relaxed experience. Dividing the two spaces is a striking, temperature-controlled wine wall, designed to be both a functional storage solution and a statement piece. Holding roughly 400 bottles, it adds a refined touch while keeping the family’s collection perfectly preserved.

Designed to feel like a natural extension of the outdoors, this family room seamlessly blends indoor comfort with open-air serenity. The soaring ceiling enhances the airy, light-filled atmosphere, creating a space that feels expansive yet inviting and cozy all at the same time. A statement fireplace anchors the room, featuring the same stone used on the exterior facade of the house to strengthen the connection between the two spaces.

This stunning great room embraces its double-height ceilings, accentuated by striking beams that draw the eye upward. At its heart, a grand fireplace clad in a concrete-look porcelain serves as a bold focal point, flanked by open shelving with LED lighting to showcase curated accessories. The large format tile flooring, which extends throughout the home, is equipped with radiant heat—not only adding warmth but also providing a durable, easy-to-clean surface, perfect for a family with dogs. Every element in this space balances grandeur (hence, its name!) with everyday comfort, making it both breathtaking and livable.

This cocktail lounge is the ultimate nightcap room, designed with a moody, sophisticated ambiance perfect for winding down. Every detail was intentionally darker, from the rich black wood and sleek grey mirrors to the copper metals that complement the room's sultry vibe. The dramatic, graphic porcelain stone adds a striking visual element while being durable enough to withstand whiskey spills and lime acids. The result is a space that feels both intimate and high-end, ideal for those quiet moments at the end of the day.

The entryway makes an immediate impact with its dramatic double-height space, celebrating the airy feel while maintaining a sense of openness. Functionality meets simplicity with minimal built-in storage, keeping the design clean and uncluttered. The floating staircase, paired with sleek glass railings, keeps the space visually light, avoiding any busy geometries and allowing the dramatic height to take center stage.

The formal dining room is designed to set the mood for intimate evenings, with a striking black ceiling and grass-cloth walls that create a cozy, dramatic atmosphere. The space is both sophisticated and inviting, perfect for elegant dinners and gatherings. Adjacent to the dining area is the butler’s pantry, thoughtfully equipped with dedicated refrigerators for drinks, ensuring easy access during meals and entertaining. A convenient coffee area is also included, making it a functional hub for both hosting and daily use.

The mudroom was designed to maximize storage space for the family of five kids, featuring closed cabinets and organized storage to keep everything tidy and easily accessible. Adjacent to the mudroom, the dedicated dog area ensures that the family’s pets have everything they need in one convenient spot. The dog’s food and water bowls are wrapped in durable granite for easy maintenance, while a pot filler provides quick access for refills. A cabinet nearby stores dog food, completing this functional, all-in-one space.

To maintain a cohesive flow, we carried over the wooden beams from the great room and fluted details from the entry into the primary bedroom, creating a seamless transition throughout the home. LED lighting behind the bed highlights the texture of the wall, enhancing the room's warm, inviting atmosphere. A sculptural chandelier adds a touch of drama, drawing the eye upward and creating a striking focal point.
