The fireplace undergoes a modern makeover, adorned with a calacatta cremo marble surround and a rift-cut white oak mantle. Custom drapery and herringbone oak floors add elegance and charm to the revamped space.
In the dining room, we introduce new custom built-ins crafted from rift-cut white oak and sleek black lower cabinets, complemented by calacutta cremo marble countertops. To solve the entryway's inability to fit a coat closet, hang rods were conspicuously concealed in the full-height built-ins, giving guests a convenient spot to tuck their belongings away when visiting. A new chandelier illuminates the space, creating a sophisticated ambiance for memorable gatherings and grounding the space in an otherwise open-concept living area.
Once charming yet limited in space, the kitchen undergoes a remarkable expansion to accommodate the needs of a growing family. This modern marvel promises style and functionality, featuring a mix of stunning white oak cabinetry, creamy uppers, and a spacious island for culinary creativity and casual dining.
In the family room, we enhance cohesion with the rest of the first floor by introducing warm tones and streamlined storage solutions. An inky black fluted statement wall transforms the fireplace, while custom shelving and cabinetry in rift-cut white oak offer both style and utility.
The stairwell will receive a contemporary upgrade with updated spindles, black stained treads, and railings.
Upstairs, the primary suite undergoes a dramatic transformation with a full wall of custom built-ins, new custom closets, and a modernized bathroom featuring neutral tile, a soaking tub, and a custom shower.
